Visit Fees
New patient visit: $175
Established patient visit: $150
Beginning December 1, 2026, all virtual medical visits are self-pay. Insurance will not be billed.
Before Your Virtual Visit
What types of concerns can be addressed virtually?
Virtual visits may be appropriate for certain medical concerns, follow-up care, and medication management. Please describe your concern when requesting an appointment so Dr. Harvey can determine whether virtual care is appropriate.
Some concerns require a physical examination, testing, or an in-person evaluation.
Can I request a prescription or refill?
Medication management may be addressed during your visit. Prescriptions and refills depend on Dr. Harvey’s evaluation and are not guaranteed by booking an appointment.
How do I request an appointment?
Select “Request a Virtual Visit” and submit your request through Patient Fusion.
Submitting a request does not confirm your appointment. Please watch for your appointment confirmation and any instructions or paperwork needed before your visit.
How should I prepare?
Choose a quiet, private location with a reliable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone.
Have your current medication list, relevant medical information, and questions available. Complete any requested paperwork before your appointment and follow the connection instructions provided.
Are in-office appointments still available?
Limited in-office appointments remain available during November 2026 and may be billed to participating insurance plans.
Beginning December 1, 2026, medical visits will be provided virtually on a self-pay basis.
What if I need emergency care?
Appointment requests are not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.
